Studio Pilates Aires Offers Various Types of Classes

Studio Pilates Aires offers a wide range of daily classes by appointment, from Monday to Friday, as well as Saturday mornings, especially during peak hours such as lunchtime and afternoon/evening time slots.

The complete schedule for mini-group classes is published on the Bookyway app, where clients can independently reserve their spot (up to one hour before the class), with the payment of a subscription.

Individual lessons (one-to-one) are arranged directly with the Studio’s Reception.

All classes are conducted with complete safety, using both large and small equipment, following instructions given with care, precision and control by the instructor who is always present.

Individual classes

one-to-one

To approach Pilates correctly, a minimum number of individual classes (from 2 to 4, depending on sports preparation, physical condition, goals and any medical conditions) is required. These classes allow new clients to engage with the discipline effectively, before joining a mini-group. At the same time, the CovaTech Pilates Teacher can set up a personalised path suited to the new client.

Mini Group

3-5 people

These classes are for a maximum of 5 people and are scheduled for all types of clients, with no major physical issues. They are designed for a complete workout, using all the large and small equipment of the technique, with dynamics and rhythm based on the levels by the instructor.

Themed Mini Group

Throughout the year, themed class cycles are scheduled for mini-groups of clients with similar conditions (such as athletes, pregnancy, seniors, teenagers). Dates and times for these lessons should be requested at the Reception.

Matwork

individual or group classes (also online)

These classes involve exercises of the technique using only body weight, on the mat, with small equipment. Suitable for clients without specific issues.

Cardiolates

(also online)

Cardiolates is a combination of Matwork exercises and aerobic activity performed with jumps on a specific trampoline. A type of class suitable for those seeking a more dynamic and aerobic activity.
